Prepare, mix and bake ingredients to
produce Filipino breads such as pandesal,
cheese bread, toasted siopao, ham & cheese,
pampam bread, kababayan, ensaymada,
tasty, sliced monay, banana cake, anpan
bread, pinagong, spanish bread, cheeseroll,
hopia, pianono roll, loaf cake,cheese mamon,
butter cookies, crinkles or other Filipino
baked goods. Mix dough in commercial
mixer manually. Roll dough in dough roller
machine manually. Place dough in pans,
molds, or on sheets and bake in production
ovens manually. Prepare flour and other
ingredients a day before production time this
includes lifting 20 lbs or less of flour and
other ingredients. Pack baked breads and
cookies daily for in store and for store
delivery. Clean bakery production area
including bread cabinets, product table, stock room and equipments. Monitor stock of goods/ingredients needed for production
and report for replenishment t if needed. Dependable and able to work early morning shift.
